Indeed, with a bit of modification, you could argue that each resource can be made appropriate to all! See the Software Tutorials section for help using any of the software. Please look at the bottom of the page for a couple of technical issues! Please Note: Several of the Flash games come from the excellent Flashymaths website. Keep your eye on it as there's the promise of more top quaility games to come in the future! Technical Issues 1. Excel In order to use many of the interactive spreadsheets in this section, you must ensure Excel is correctly set up on your computer (a) enable macros - go to tools > options > scrutiny> macro security and then ensure that it is set to medium. You will then be asked each time you open a spreadsheet whether you wish to enable macros, and just click yes! (b) analysis toolpak - because the spreadsheets use fancy numerical functions, you need two add-ins installed. Go to tools > add-ins and make sure both analysis tool pak and analysis toolpak - vba are ticked. You may then need to reopen the excel file for the changes to take place! 2. Extra Software In order to view and use any of these resources, you must have the software installed on your computer.That shouldn't matter for Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, but you may need to download software such as: - Adobe Flash player (click to download for free) - Tarsia JigSaw (click to download for free) - Autograph (purchase) - Geometer's Sketch Pad (purchase) See the Essential Freebies and Software Tutorials sections for further help and information.
