@TESMaths Resource of the Day: 17th to 30th August 2015

Each day I select one of my favourite free maths resources that have been uploaded and shared by the generous and incredibly talented users of the TES Maths website and tweet it out via @TESmaths. I call this feature Resource of the Day (ROTD).

Here is a summary of the previous fortnight.

Monday: a set of excellent standard form loop cards 

Tuesday: a nice, simple, animated factors grid. Ideal for discovering prime numbers

Wednesday: a lovely topic revision map for Transforming Functions 

Thursday: a nice collection of question on forming and solving algebraic equations 

Friday: three challenging mental maths chain sums! 

Saturday: diffuse the bomb tackles Pythagoras! 

Sunday: a lovely lesson identifying types of angle facts
