What does a Classical Musician do?

We talked about the pressure of auditions, the need for patience, why women don’t tend to play certain instruments, hierarchies within the orchestra, recovering from mistakes, being moved to tears, the role of the conductor, and what exactly is the contra-bassoon… not that I don’t know, of course
